1. Service Categories

Our services are categorized as follows for refund purposes:

  • Detailed consultations
  • WhatsApp-based advice

1.2 Documentation Services

  • Application drafting
  • Document review

1.3 Premium Services

  • Comprehensive legal research
  • Extended consultation packages
  • Multiple document packages

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Full Refund (100%)

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Service Not Started: We have not yet begun working on your request (within 24 hours of payment)
  • Technical Error: Payment was charged twice due to technical error
  • Service Not Provided: We failed to provide the service you paid for
  • Unauthorized Payment: Payment was made without your authorization (must provide proof)

2.2 Eligible for Partial Refund (50%)

You may receive a 50% refund if:

  • Service Started but Not Completed: We started work but couldn't complete due to insufficient information from you
  • Quality Issues: Service provided does not meet reasonable quality standards (subject to review)
  • Delayed Delivery: Service delivered beyond agreed timeline without prior notice

2.3 Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Service Completed: Service has been fully delivered as agreed
  • Change of Mind: You changed your mind after service delivery
  • Dissatisfaction with Outcome: You are dissatisfied with legal outcomes (we provide guidance, not guaranteed results)
  • Third-Party Rejection: Documents rejected by authorities due to their policies or your circumstances
  • Downloaded Content: Templates, guides, or content already downloaded
  • Consultation Provided: Consultation or advice already given
  • Beyond 30 Days: Request made more than 30 days after payment
  • Misuse: Evidence of service misuse or violation of terms

3. Refund Request Process

Include in your refund request:

  • Transaction ID / Payment reference number
  • Date of payment
  • Amount paid
  • Service purchased
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting documents (if any)

Step 3: Review

We will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the decision.

Step 4: Processing

If approved, refund will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through:

  • Original Payment Method: Same method used for payment (UPI, bank transfer, etc.)
  • Bank Account: If original method not available, to provided bank account

Note: Payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Before Service Delivery

You can cancel and request full refund within 24 hours of payment if service has not started.

6.2 After Service Started

Cancellation after work has begun may be eligible for partial refund (50%) at our discretion.

6.3 After Service Completion

No refunds or cancellations after service has been delivered.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (illness, emergency, force majeure), we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis even if outside standard policy.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • Contact us to discuss further
  • Provide additional supporting information
  • Request escalation to senior management

Final decisions rest with NyayaNow management.

9. Important Notes

  • Refund policy does not guarantee refunds in all cases
  • Each case is evaluated individually
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that don't meet criteria
  • Fraudulent refund requests may result in legal action
