We act as intermediaries connecting clients with qualified professionals including advocates, chartered accountants, company secretaries, and other licensed professionals.

3. Service Engagement

3.1 Booking Process

When you book a service through NyayaNow:

  • You submit your service request through our website or booking form
  • We acknowledge receipt and assign an expert to your case
  • Our expert contacts you within 2 hours during business hours (10 AM - 7 PM IST, Monday-Saturday)
  • After initial consultation, we provide detailed service scope and timeline
  • Service begins upon receipt of required documents and payment

3.2 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Submit all required documents in a timely manner
  • Respond to our communications within reasonable timeframes
  • Make payments as per agreed terms
  • Inform us immediately of any changes in circumstances affecting the service

3.3 Our Responsibilities

NyayaNow commits to:

  • Assign qualified professionals to your service
  • Maintain confidentiality of your information
  • Provide regular updates on service progress
  • Deliver services within stated timelines (subject to government processing times)
  • Provide professional and courteous service

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Fees

All service fees are displayed on our website and are inclusive of:

  • Professional fees for experts assigned to your case
  • Government fees (where applicable)
  • Document preparation and filing charges
  • Basic consultation and support

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment may be required:

  • In full before service commencement (for most services)
  • In installments as per agreed payment schedule (for high-value services)

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

You may terminate service engagement by providing written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be as per our Refund Policy.

12.2 By NyayaNow

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You provide false or misleading information
  • You fail to make payments as agreed
  • You engage in abusive or threatening behavior
  • We believe continuation may violate any law

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing clients.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

15. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  2. If unresolved, parties may pursue mediation
  3. If mediation fails, disputes may be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore
  4. Only after exhausting above options may parties pursue litigation

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NyayaNow regarding use of our services.
