CRITICAL: We Are NOT a Law Firm

  • NyayaNow does NOT practice law or provide legal representation
  • We do NOT appear in court on behalf of clients
  • We do NOT offer legal opinions that constitute attorney-client relationships
  • Our services are limited to guidance, education, and documentation support
  • For court representation, you must engage a licensed lawyer or law firm

3. User Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account

4. Payment Terms

Service charges:

  • Basic consultation starts at ₹49
  • Additional services priced as per service agreement
  • Payment must be made before service delivery
  • Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, payment gateway
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before making a payment.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information
  • Use services for lawful purposes only
  • Not misuse or abuse our services
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not share login credentials or account access
  • Comply with all applicable laws

7. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Use services for illegal activities

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse our staff
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage our systems
  • Reproduce or resell our content without permission

  • If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Mysore, Karnataka
  • Arbitration shall be conducted under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
